In this role on the Customer Engagement Solutions Team, Doug is responsible for integrating Precision capabilities with brand access strategies for personal and non-personal channels of delivery. Doug has a wealth of experience across therapeutic areas as well as capability building in Six Sigma, sales and marketing operations as well as sales training and leadership development.
Prior to joining Precision, Doug worked at Eli Lilly for 27 years in a number of US and global Sales, Marketing and Operations roles. Doug has an extensive background in designing and executing capabilities centered on evolving customer needs. This experience spans functions including Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR and Commercial Operations.
Doug attended Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Doug is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is a trained facilitator in the Franklin Covey 4 Disciplines of Execution. Additionally, Doug has a passion for coaching leaders to their potential and has International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
